The Lister fine (A2F) metal socket clipper blades leave 1.4mm of hair and provide a close, smart finish. They are recommended for fine-coated animals as well as for a closer finish on other types of coats when required. Fine blades need to be used with caution on pink skinned and grey animals. They would be suitable for the following when clipping horses: Subsequent clips after the first clip of the season Summer clipping To produce a close finish These patented AC clipper blades have been designed with a small gap between each tooth to prevent the trapping of hair between the blades. They are manufactured from heat-treated steel to maximise their hardwearing and durable properties and have ribbed backs to help guide the comb over the animal.
