The center bore is reamed and burnished for a mirror-like finish, maintaining a tolerance of /- .0002″. A precision guide channel aligns the cartridge with only .001″ to .002″ clearance for optimal seating. Spring-Loaded Cartridge Shoulder Centering Sleeve: Ensures the cartridge remains concentric during the seating process. Paired with a precision-guided Bullet Seating Stem for the most accurate assembly. Mitutoyo Micrometer Head: Provides .001″ graduations for precise bullet seating adjustments. Types 6, 7, 8, and 9 include a 1.000″ travel micrometer head for long and short magnums. Includes a micrometer tension system to prevent accidental movement.
