Description SAC Expander Mandrel Kit The SAC Expander Mandrel Kit bridges the gap between our carbide standard and decapping expanding mandrels, by being convertible into both. Each Mandrel kit will ship with a Thread Protector and 5 different Pins that will allow each mandrel to work with all Short Action Customs Modular Sizing Dies. Please see chart below for length fitment. This will give you the flexibility of choice between a decapping mandrel or a standard mandrel. Decapping pins are replaceable and can be purchased here Mandrels are made of nitrided 17-4 H1150 Steel. The pins are made of 11-44 stress proofed steel, these items are not finished and will rust over time, they are not warrantied for rust or breakage. * 30cal and 338cal Mandrels will will need to be assembled and fed into the top cap assembly from the bottom, see photos and video for guidance.* *.20 Cal Mandrels have their own pins, if you break one, email
